Its location was incredible, just off Newington, Ard-na-said and public transport. Also, a combined museum was 2 km away. Twin/double room included a work desk, multi-channel television, and ironing facilities.

beautiful Victorian architecture, spacious lounge area, close proximity to Arthur's Seat
The inconsistent hot water supply could really ruin a good shower!!! The small bathroom design leaves much to be desired for taller guests!!!

Chur, this spot was pretty good, but we found the shower a bit dodgy. Breakfast was a highlight, fresh and delicious.

The breakfast was very good, and the young girl serving was nice and attentive. Pay attention to parking signs. They can be misleading.

great building , but bathroom needs improvement
The period building is excellent and adds character. My large room and bathroom were both clean. The lounge downstairs offered an excellent selection of free snacks and drinks, including refreshing Irn Bru, which I thoroughly enjoyed while relaxing. I also loved the lovely garden view that added to the serene ambiance of the hotel.
The shower left something to be desired, as the head was quite small for the size of the cubicle.
